We were served by very kind Angels  like staff ( United Colors of Benetton ) like, who positively attended to all of our needs in the most courteous way, full points to all the ladies and we ordered two Boba Tea drinks plain and zaboca with a strawberry mochi pack as we arrived late in the evening and most locals...

Grill on The Hill and Hole in the Wall eatery recommendations

 It is Christmas season and everyone is shopping and Trini Limers Crew headed to what the  girls referred to as their favourite "Hole in the wall" restaurants in Trinidad and Tobago, Grill on The Hill in Marabella is one such place, That is in the northern part of the City of San Fernando on the Southern Main Road just before the Marabella Police Station. We were warmly greeted by a kind Indo -Trinidadian man in a well - dressed in traditional Muslim wear  suit and quickly seated and greeted by a well groomed polite and well spoken Afro -Trinidadian youthful waiter who laid out the cutlery for us all, Mind you Trinidad and Tobago as little islands as it is to the Metropole larger nations can still boast a diversity and interracial harmony found no where else in the world. City Wok loses it's Founder Mr. Sharma Basdeo

  We bid farewell to Mr. Sharma Basdeo, Founder of The City Wok and Co-Founder of Jenny's Wok in San Fernando who was a Resident of the Gulf View and Coconut Drive neighbourhoods, died today. We entered The City Wok  Chinese and Steak house and was kindly greeted by a well spoken, well mannered, well dressed and well groomed Male waiter of  Indo -Trindadian  descent, The decor has been updated if any of the younger persons remember when It was known as Jenny's Wok and featured 1990's decor, It is very modern with a 2020's style but they kept the Bar Counter Spots, Shout out to Chippy Laing 's Family, we enjoyed beers on your company logo and was often teased in Gulf View, Coconut Drive and Palmiste as promoting the Yellow and Black colour branding with our Yellow Car.😇 The Yellow Car.
